How Quickly Will My Order Be Processed?
All products are custom created upon ordering. Our current processing time before shipping is 5-7 business days for individual orders and 3-4 weeks for wholesale orders.
Can My Order Be Rushed?
Rush orders may be available depending upon our volume. Additional fees will apply. Please "contact us" to inquire.
What Forms of Payment Are Accepted?
Major credit cards are accepted via Paypal.com.
How Will My Order Be Shipped?
Items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Additional services are available, but may result in increased costs. For orders outside of the Contential US, please contact us for a shipping quote PRIOR to purchasing.
Shipping Charges for Retail Orders is as follows:
$1 to $20 = $3.50
$20.01 to $60 = $6.00
$60.01 to $100 = $8.50
$100.01 to $150 = $10.50
$150.01 and over = $15.50
Wholesale order shipping charges are calculated based upon the actual number of products purchased. These costs will be calculated and charged prior to shipment.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Orders begin processing upon receipt and may not be canceled.
What Is Dizzy Izzie Designs, LLC Return/Exchange Policy?
Dizzy Izzie Designs, LLC takes great pride in the quality of our products. Each item is made using only the highest quality of materials and with great care put into the making. Since items are specifically created for each order, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns unless there has been an error on our part. In such a case, the item must be returned in new/unworn condition in the original packaging within 7 business days. The item will either be exchanged or refunded per the customer's request.
